I purchased a dozen of these 8 1/2" black plates for a dinner party I was having.I had my good white china dinner plates set at the table, and actually served the main course on these slightly smaller black plates,using the white china like chargers. The colors of the food really stands out against the shiny black plates.The plates met my expectations, were not too heavy to use with my good china, and washed well in the dishwasher.I'm actually thinking of buying more in a different color for my next party!Product Description
