The first item, a med. platter, had to be returned, I wasn't pleased with it at all. The service for 12 and the creamer arrived today. With a few exceptions and one broken dish, however, THEY ARE PERFECT AND SO BEAUTIFUL! They are replacing everything that needed replacing and paying for the shipping on these exchanges.
