My first shippment of cups came damaged with two damaged cups. Amazon was great, e-mailed a return shipping label and very clear instructions and Bam, new cups arrived. As for the cups themselfs, huge 20 oz. mugs.Great. The only fault I found is that they were produced in China. Not something I expected with a Pfalzgraff label. The Website didn't say where they were manufactured. At least, maybe I didn't look hard enough, maybe my bad. All in all, good product, excellent Amazon service.Product Description
