I bought 2 sets of this dinnerware to replace a Pfaltzgraff set I had. The design and colors immediately caught my eye. I wasnt sure of the brand because I had never heard of it, however I am not impressed by name brands - I have never once turned over someones plate to see the brand - WHO CARES!! I use the mugs everyday and the bowl is a great size, not like the usual bowl that you can barely fit anything into. It is very durable, they come out of the dishwasher looking the same (except clean!!!) They are not as heavy as pfaltzgraff and they are not rough on the bottom - they do not scratch the table or snag the tablecloth. Also, each piece has its own characteristics. If you are not one to impress with all "big name" pieces, then you will love the Sango dinnerware that is showy WITHOUT reading the bottom.Product Description
