I stumbled across these food savers a few weeks ago, and thought I would give them a try.I have been absolutely amazed at their fresh-keeping qualities.I kept some sliced peppers for well over 2 weeks, just as fresh as the day they were sliced.I have had a bag of spinach in them for almost 2 weeks, and it looks as though I just took it out of the bag.I am now this product's biggest fan - in that my vegetables don't get slimy before I can get a chance to use them!!My only reason for not giving the full five stars is that the packaging says they are easily dishwasher safe.I have not yet been able to figure out how to get the valve seal separated to allow the lid to go into the dishwasher - so I have washed the lids by hand.
