Review of Fozzils Duet Pack

Fozzils Duet PackI thought to replace my old lexan cup with the Fozzils bowl.It looked promising since it would fold flat in the pack and tuck away without jutting out.But it has no handle and cannot replace a cup with handle for holding hot drinks. For morning coffee it has real drawbacks besides lack of handle: it holds too much liquid, and is not very stable. For cooked meals, it allows food to creep in behind the folds while in use. This makes it imperative that you open it upafter use and wash it off thoroughly.Lazy backpackers may just dip the unfolded dirty surface into a stream-definitely a no-no. And for long-distance, I would be concerned about how well the folded seams stand up to wear and tear.Split open a seam and you have a leaky container. I also think this stuff is a bit expensive for what is basically just a sheet of plastic. OK for car camping, holding snacks and chips, or even feeding your dog if it is just a small little pooch, but no good for backpacking.
