I have the Mikasa "Chelsea Platinum" picked out for my wedding pattern and I thought my glory box was full until I stumbled upon this adventurous addition to the set. The best thing about having a Sugar Bowl that comes as a matching pair is that I can put one away in my Hope Chest but still get to use the other while I'm awaiting the blissful state of matrimony.However I have had some problems; while the Sugar Bowl is full it is quite easy to spoon the sugar out, but as the sugar level drops it becomes increasingly difficult to reach to the end of the bowl. The sugar grains also get trapped in the stitching. Also although the Sugar Bowl is not listed as "Dishwasher Safe", I find that even when I wash it by hand it takes days to dry.
