Terrible customer service. Was promised 2 replacement glasses, for those that were defective (chipped and air bubbles in glass). Never received, despite seller having time to honor their replacement promise. Eventually, seller refused to send replacements until I removed my negative review from Amazon.com.Why would I remove the negative review before satisfactory resolution? Amazon refunded the costs under their A-Z Guarantee.Kudo's for Amazon.
