Terrible customer service. Was promised 2 replacement glasses, for those that were defective (chipped and air bubbles in glass). Never received, despite seller having time to honor their replacement promise. Eventually, seller refused to send replacements until I removed my negative review from Amazon.com.Why would I remove the negative review before satisfactory resolution? Amazon refunded the costs under their A-Z Guarantee.Kudo's for Amazon. A completely failing grade for this Mytableware customer service.

Nice quality piece. Though we bought it to use as a spoon rest, we ended displaying it on the counter backboard and buying a bigger spoonrest for functionality.

Review of Portmeirion Pomona Earthenware Square Dish

Beautiful addition to Pomona collection. As with all Portmeirion, the dish is sturdy & has a great finish. It can also hold a lot of food. Just yesterday I filled it with mashed potatos and after feeding 5 people we had 1/2 a pan leftover. My husband bought this for me as a gift and I was elated.

Review of Portmeirion Birds of Britain Earthenware 14-3/4-Inch Oval Serving Dish

I love this pattern. The detail is unbelievable. The shipper packaged the item very nicely.

Review of Portmeirion Botanic Garden Measuring Jug 30 oz.

I love this measuring jug. It measures up to 3 1/2 cups. I found another jug also made by Portmeirion which does not show the cup measurements and only has ounces on the inside. I am glad that I bought the one that has both. The measurements are slightly different from my Pyrex cup measure though, so as long as I use this for the entire recipe, it does not matter.

We really like this creamer and feel it goes extremely well with our fiesta ware collection... however, please note that this product is made in China and not in England.It was a little surprise we did not expect.We are giving it four stars because apart from the fact that it looks good, is a nice match with the fiestaware and pours well, it was not made in England as the "by Portmeirion" description led one to believe and in China.Amazon really needs to start putting in country of origins or made in labels to help consumers make better purchasing choices.
