I love the Mocha Java pattern. The colors and design went great with my recently remodeled kitchen. However... the lid on this sugar bowl has already broken! I don't consider myself to be hard on china, so I was really suprised at this happening. The lid slipped off the bowl while it was sitting on the counter and the finial on the lid popped off. It only dropped a couple of inches and landed flat on its base (not on the knob part). I'd have to judge this as being remarkably fragile for everyday stoneware. I'm gluing it back on and I'll probably buy more pieces because I really do like the pattern, but I wouldn't recommend it for anybody who's not really careful with stuff.Product Description
