My items arrived in perfect condition. One of my items was sold out but the confirmation of shipment was just as the Co. reported. I had e-mails that advised me of where my product was and the day to expect its delivery. I was much pleased when my items arrived. Not one thing was wrong. This is described as made in England. It is not - it is made in Malaysia. Colors are lighter and not as rich as the dishes made in England.I would buy a different dish - one that is made in England instead of a "knock off" made in the far east. Does not have the workmanship of old time Spode.
My wife needed this to complete her Blue Danube set. It is perfect, she says.

The glass is larger than some highball glasses and has a contemporary design. It is also a bit more pricey, and is made in the USA. Great quality and style.
This is a beautiful Italian Cookie Jar.It is a lovely complement to the other items that I purchased in Italy and trudged home in my luggage.
This product is replacement for those that were recently broken.They are identical to the original ones purchased many years ago.Item was as described.
I bought this as a gift so I can't tell you about it's functionality, but it is beautiful, and if you have someone who likes wine and collects crystal pieces then I suggest you combine your friend's interests and look at some of these pieces. The bottom of the carafe is where all of the decoration is, it looks like a sunflower, I think. It's pretty thick, which is typical of Waterford.
The lovely plates arrived in perfect shape and very quickly.I am extremely pleased.
I ordered Villeroy & Boch Dune Bread and Butter Plates, Set of 6 but I got just one plate.And they responsed that set of 6 means the size of plate.I was very frustrated and I'll never order any items from amazon macy. 
This is a very attractive, well-made product that I would recommend to others.The craftsmanship is extremely good, the color is uniform and the glaze is lovely.
Dune Lines by Villeroy & Bosch is the most interesting,elegant and sophisticated china I could find. It's my "daily driver".
I thought I'd done this before ,anyway it came in good condition unfortunatly what was described as a "large saucer" really doesn't fit the cup it was to fit [broke the original] SO it's a bit "wobbly" but I can live with it , the fuss of sending it back isn't worth .it
Syracuse China was among the last firms producing fine china exclusively in the United States. Madam Butterfly is a delicate and subtle pattern in their Old Ivory series. The pattern features an off-white background that gradually shades into peach, with a long-stemmed, leafed white flower as the primary motif. The pattern features a prominent gold outline around the outside of the pieces.Stamp on the back of the pieces is: "OLD IVORY, Syracuse China" inside a scroll-banner motif. Below the banner appear the letters and words: "O.P.C.O. Made in America" The pattern was very difficult to create, apparently because of the delicacy of the air-brushed design. As a result, many seconds were produced. The gold trim was left off the seconds, and the stamp on the back of the pieces was generally also omitted. I say generally, because I have seen a few pieces lacking gold trim, but with the stamp on the back. Madam Butterfly is a great American pattern for collectors, but one should avoid the seconds. I have seen many sellers offering seconds with no indication that they are seconds, probably because of ignorance, in some instances possibly with malice aforethought! The seconds are essentially valueless. Be particularly on the alert if your seller is from upstate New York, because most of the seconds were sold to employees and to the general public through the factory store in the Syracuse area. One other point is that, even on first quality Syracuse China, you must not expect the perfectly mirror-like surface of a modern Noritake or Wedgwood piece, and you will regularly find small sand occlusions, etc. These are unfortunately normal in Syracuse China, do not detract from its accepted value, and must be expected and accepted. I have a set for 12 in this pattern along with most of the service pieces, but wish some knowledgable individual would post a list of all the serving pieces in the pattern. I would alsobe curious to know the reason for, or circumstances surrounding, the omission of the stamp on the back of some of the seconds, and its inclusion on others.

Form and function at its highest expression of espresso drinking. Got it for my wife for her birthday, and she melted - loves it. These are all hand-painted in Italy, so there are the telltale variations, thus no two are exactly the same. The people in this tiny town in Italy have been doing majellica for hundreds of years, they know what they're doing. The vendor was excellent - it arrived from Italy quickly and in perfect condition. Comes with a catalog showing the full range of products - if you furnished your kitchen and house with this stuff (they have tables costing $5,000) you'd probably think you were hallucinating, but this little item is perfect.
Lovely crystal in a traditional yet contemporary design. On the large size but instead of two just have one martini.
The plates are lovely...just what I ordered.I am still looking for one with an English cottage on it but cannot find (daughter has them).But these with fruit were delivered in good condition and on time.Thank you
We got these plates when we got married 9 years ago. They still look great and have held up well to a few drops here and there.
We received these glasses as a wedding gift from our wedding registry they are beautiful.I hadn't seen them before in person and they are larger than I expected, which is wonderful!The design is elegant and will go with almost any style dishware.
This was purchaced for my mom to go with the rest of her dish set. She said these were no longer available at the store where she got the other pieces so I found them here for her as a Christmas gift. She loves them!
Pfaltzgraff has always been synonymous with quality.The Rio pattern place setting is a great example.The plates are nice, heavy stoneware with a great design.I appreciate simple and manly design of the dishes.These plates are excellent for serving pancakes or foie gras.They can easily pass for casual or elegant.The colors of the plates make them easy to accent with napkins, glasses, placemats, centerpieces, etc.
My only complaint is that after a while the dishes show light gray streaks from silverware scraping them.They do not wash off, but don't really take away from the overall visual elegance of the plates.This small flaw is what prevented me from giving the set 5 stars

My sister registered for this china for her wedding.I found it on Amazon for way cheaper than in the store.I was so pleased when I received it.The quality is great, it was packaged well and it is beautiful.When you mix and match the patterns, it's gorgeous.I would recommend this china and buying it thru Amazon!

This china is absolutely beautiful in person!!It has a very classic look and also works great with a silver charger.
I was very excited when I found this item on Amazon.I knew it would look perfect in my kitchen...However, when it arrived, it looked slightly different.The colors were a little off, and the design was somewhat dissimilar to the picture.I understand that these are handmade, and no two pieces are identical, but to be honest, I was a little disappointed.
Love the color, this was also purchased as a Christmas gift (for my son to enjoy his lattes), but the first mug arrived with flaws, and they had to send a replacement, which is now ending up a Valentine rather than a Christmas present.Not sure I would trust to order Fiesta again from Mega China thru Amazon--I think a trip to the Boston Store is in order!(sorry to say, but Fiesta collectors don't appreciate disappointment!)
The day I posted this review, this item was formally listed as "unavailable" on this site. As of 3-21-08 it is being sold through this site by a company called "Mega China" for five ninety nine each, plus seven twenty five each for postage! Did they see my review and all of a sudden decide to put this up & then jack up the prices? I dunno. But I can't tell you how much I despise "retail hostage." That's a phrase I coined to describe companies such as "Mega China" who pretend they're offering a discounted item that's otherwise not-so-easy to find which is in fact grossly overpriced & available elsewhere at normal prices!! IMO this is capitalism at its very worst and just as irresponsible and unreasonable as hoarding. ...This price is a HUGE RIP OFF!!! If you're interested in getting this, please go to the Pflatzgraff site because they have it for less than three apiece (and their shipping is not even a fraction of what "Mega China" charges!) 
I purchased this for a Christmas gift in 2007 and the recipient loved it.I was unsure of what to get her and when I saw this piece, I thought that it would go great in her kitchen and on her dining table.She did like the piece quite a bit and the Pfaltzgraff name is one that I can trust to last and have style.Great purchase and can't wait to buy more for gifts and maybe some for me.

The Product Features and Product Description both say Made in England.The Olive Dish that was sent to me says Made in China (on the box and on the sticky tag, but not printed on the dish itself).Still very pretty, and seems like good quality, but I thought I'd post this in case "Made in England" is important to other potential buyers.I considered returning it when I saw the tag because I had read in other reviews that the Made in China ones were inferior quality and didn't match well to other Blue Italian sets.But when I opened the package I decided to keep it because it is really lovely and I think it looks just like my mom's other Blue Italian pieces.(We'll see when I can view it right next to the others.)

These cups are beautiful but way too heavy for my taste. I bought them and sent them back right away. if you like heavy china, then you'll love them. Good quality.
Sasaki windswept is unusual in shape. Almost and octagon, which means it is easy to grasp.
Beautiful pitcher. VERY generous in size, I think it holds a gallon of liquid (not precisely sure). Gorgeous colors.

The three pieces I got from the Winterberry Collection are very beautiful. I love the design and look. Can really be used anytime of the year other than a holiday, I recently added the salt and pepper shaker, the glass pitcher, the votive candle holders and the hurricane glass. We used these for our wedding toast.Our colors were ivory, red, and black and these flutes looked very sharp with the rest of the decor.Our kitchen has those same colors, so these glasses look very cool at home too.I liked that they weren't cutesy with birds and hearts.They have a slightly masculine design, which I like, and my now-husband appreciated.
