I would recommend to anyone purchasing pfaltzgraff winterberry items from Amazon. I purchased 3 sets and accessories, not all made it to the house intact. Amazon replaced entire set for free! I had to send nothing back. I am very pleased with the customer service that Amazon provides. Pfaltzgraff are beautiful dishes, however, they do chip so I am saving mine for holiday use only.Product Description
