Review of Villeroy & Boch French Garden Valence Dinner Plate, Apple

I'm very happy with these dishes, and the lovely pattern.

I see that another reviewer had a problem with a chipped dish. I purchased these on three separate occasions from Amazon, for a total of 14 dishes. ALL arrived perfect.

I've also purchased other items from this pattern, and never had a problem with damaged/chipped/broken items.

Product Description
Imagine croissants and cafE au lait on a terrace in Provence. Warm sunny colors accented by fresh greens in a formal garden of fruits and flowers provide inspiration for this mix and match pattern. "French Garden" will enrich your home with romantic elegance while allowing you to build a unique collection over time. Orange is inspired by the trellises so frequently found in the delightful, symmetrical gardens of France. Valence centers a luscious botanical illustration of one of assorted fruits on a pristine white ground bordered by a wide soft yellow band.

Review of Wilton Armetale Flutes and Pearls Large 3-Piece Salad Set

I got this for my mother in law for Christmas and she loves it.Armetale pieces are both beautiful and durable. She will be able to use it for many years.

Product Description
Wilton Armetale Serveware "Holds the Cold". Cold salads stay colder longer when served in this Armetale bowl. The cold retention property of Armetale metal can be appreciated by simply running the bowl under cold tap water for a few seconds. It's also extremely durable: it will not rust, tarnish, crack, chip, or dent under normal use.Armetale serveware is food safe. This design is a reproduction and adaptation of an 1821 candlestick base designed by Mr Karl Friedrich Schinkel of the Prussian Empire. The design incorporates Greek, Gothic and Roman influencesinto a grand style that is intended to dazzle with boldness and beauty to express the harmony possible between art and technology, ancient and contemporary. Slightly more formal than many of the other patterns by Wilton Armetale, the classically sculpted effect is adaptable to accessorize a wide variety of classical home decorations and dinnerware patterns. The placement of the elements together directs the eye in a relaxed glance around the smooth center while mirroring itself and objects placed on the highly polished piece. The overall effect combines traditional shapes and elements with a sparkling 21st century interpretation. Its refined classical elegance is unparalleled in today's casual environment, yet is made so practical with Wilton Armetale.

Review of Fiesta 11-Inch Egg Tray

This tray holds a dozen deviled eggs and adds a special touch to the dinner table. It's so attractive that it needs to be displayed when not in use.I'd love to have a second one in another color, because I find myself hopping up in the middle of dinner to refill it.If you're going for function, it's probably easier to serve your deviled eggs on a smooth tray, but if presentation is important to you, this is for you.As always, the peacock color is bright yet soothing.

I have these dishes and wanted to complete my set.The photo appears to be the dinner plate, salad plate and mug, in reality when I received the merchandise, it was the tea cup, saucer and dinner plate.I think it is still a very good value, however, I was disappointed that it was not really the salad plate & mug.

Review of Waechtersbach Small Dipping Bowl, Set of 4, White

Great small bowl for many uses. It is a dipping bowl but our family uses it for many things. We usually use it as a side dish for our vegtables or fruit salads and it is a nice side dish for a lot of things. The only drawback is it is not microwavable but we have just gotten used to that fact. I've owned this item in red for years and just ordered the white to go with my new dishes.
