Review of Signature Sorrento Butter Dish, Tuscan Blue

I really like this stoneware butter dish. It comes in a pretty and different shade of blue. I probably would have ordered it in a color that fits in more with my color scheme if other colors were available, but the shade is beautiful. It's a nice size dish and fits my needs. :)

Review of Talavera Spoon Rest, Medium

I love this colorful ceramic addition to my stove top.Its only drawback is that it does not readily hold multiple large spoons and/or other cooking utensils that might be needed simultaneously.

This is a Talavera Style Medium Spoon Rest measuring about 9 1/4" long, 3 1/2" wide. The picture shows several painting styles and the one you receive will be identical in shape and size but the color and pattern will vary. Each piece is made of ceramic and painted in a Talavera style. Since each piece is individually hand painted by artists, no two pieces will be identical and the picture is a representation of the general painting patterns and colors used.

Review of Waechtersbach Espresso Cup & Saucer, Set of 4, Black

The image on the product page is very accurate and shows how elegant and stylish these espresso/demitasse cups are.I've found it a little difficult to find black espresso cups, so I paid a lot more than I had expected to pay for them.But despite the twinges of guilt, I still love these cups and think they really add a lot if you're into art deco or contemporary styling.the only weird thing is that they shipped in a plain brown box from Amazon and wrapped in bubble wrap.Not a product box.Sort of like they were an open-box item or something.I don't know if this is just how Amazon sells them.My husband didn't think that they were previously used.I couldn't tell either.

beware! if you use regular table salt and that whispy black stuff that sort of smells like pepper, this isn't for you, BUT, if you like a very cute set that will dispense coarse salt (like kosher) and coarse ground pepper, this is for you!

Review of E-Series Red Wine Glasses Set of 4

These glasses are replacing all 6 Spiegelau glasses that broke within 6 months of purchase and use. These well-made glasses are hand-made, so each one has a slightly different "ring" tone and look fantastic. The wine inside tastes just like it should, for 1/3 the price. They are elegant and light, but do not feel as fragile as the Spiegelau (which broke when slightly tapped on the faucet or stared at for longer than 2 minutes).
They arrived well-packaged, in the time frame stated, unbroken.
I would recommend these glasses.

Review of Ideal Home Range Birthday Buffet or Dinner Set contains 20 - Beverage (or desert) Napkins, 16 -10.5" Dinner Plates, and 20 - Large Napkins

Be warned! This set does not include the 16 8 inch dessert plates that the product description says it does. I'm currently sitting on hold with Amazon customer service who for some reason does not understand that the product description does not match the product received.

They are pretty plates, but you don't get a full set for dinner and dessert. Amazon should know better than to have misleading product descriptions.

Review of Dansk Flatware Classic Fjord 5 Piece Flatware Place Settings

My Mother purchased the original Fjord flatware in the fifties and it is a beautiful set still. If Dansk has put the same workmanship into the re-issue of this set this will be a treasure for years to come!
